World Digital Detox Day

Thank you to our global digital wellness partners World Digital Detox Day.

The ‘World Digital Detox Day’ initiative, the world’s largest digital wellness movement with 7.5 million people as offline support spread across more than 65 countries, was established by the Zep Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting global digital wellness over the past decade.

Working hard to establish a digital fasting culture worldwide, the foundation firmly believes in setting healthy guidelines and boundaries in society’s understanding of the healthy relationship between technology and human life.

By initiating digital education, digital ethics, and digital manners from a young age, the foundation aims to prevent the onset of “digital dementia” and preserve vital aspects of human interaction and well-being in a technology-driven era for the betterment of humanity on this earth.

World Digital Detox Day Manifesto

The WDDD manifesto serves as a compass guiding us toward a more balanced and mindful relationship with technology. It’s a declaration of intent to reclaim moments lost to screens, to rediscover the richness of analogue experiences, and to nurture connections with both ourselves and our loved ones. By acknowledging the impact of our digital choices today, we pave the way for a future that prioritizes genuine connections, promotes well-being, and ensures a harmonious coexistence between the digital and the tangible. Let this manifesto be a catalyst for change, inspiring a collective commitment to a healthier and more mindful digital future.
